CannaReps response to COVID-19

Our concern for health and safety grows in light of the COVID-19 outbreak. With our community in mind, we have made the decision to suspend the following Spring 2020 courses and workshops:

Calgary
March 20, 21, 22

Montreal
April 17, 18, 19

Edmonton
May 22, 23, 24

CannaReps courses are designed to give students the opportunity to get industry-relevant, hands-on cannabis education, meet passionate cannabis enthusiasts, and empower you with responsible consumption guidance. Our students come from all over the country and the world to experience our innovative, transformative learning environment. We continue to maintain clean hygiene standards in our classroom by utilizing gloves and disinfecting tools and classroom equipment. However, due to the hands-on and interactive nature of our classes, there is a risk associated with transmission amongst the participants.

Community Care

We deeply care about our community’s well-being, and we understand that many of us cannabis consumers are also medical patients and can be immuno-compromised and at higher risk of contracting the virus. We encourage your assistance in minimizing the risk amongst each other as some of us may be or interact with those at higher risk. This includes our recommendations to not share joints/pipes/bongs/vapourizers/etc., and to disinfect consumption tools between each person’s use. Personal joint tips or mouthpiece covers can be helpful as well.
